Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Escort guests to their respective tables and seats
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to resort standards
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Ensure guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations
- Cooperate with other restaurant staff to provide an exceptional dining experience
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Willingness to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
