Job Profile:
Arise Ethnic Village Resort is seeking a skilled and motivated F&B Manager to join our team. The F&B
Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort’s food and beverage operations. This
includes overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, managing inventory and ordering
supplies, managing the budget, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations at the resort, including the restaurant
and bar.
- Plan menus and manage inventory to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with quality
ingredients.
- Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest quality and that
they are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage the budget for the food and beverage department and ensure that all expenses are
within the allotted budget.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure that they provide excellent customer service and follow all
safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work with the resort manager to create promotions and special events that will attract
customers to the restaurant and bar.
- Ensure that all food and beverage operations comply with all relevant health and safety
regulations.
Qualification / Requirements:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management.
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred).
